Moschiano Couture: 15 years of Fashion
(Press release) - Moschiano Couture has reached its 15th anniversary as a firm that relies on national production, with high quality attire for men and women plus a limited edition shoe line. "We continue to offer our customers adaptable collections -on one hand, women do not need to consider themselves runway models to wear a Moschiano Couture. We decided to return to the gentlemen's line and this year launched Per Lui, targeted to a man who loves a classic look yet does not shy away of a modern touch. We have had a great reception to our shoe line for men and women and, by the end of the year, we will bring a few more surprises", says Moschiano.
Maria Moschiano (www.mariamoschiano.com) is one of the most prominent fashion designers in Venezuela. In 2012 she became the first to create an original look for Venezuelan athletes competing in the London Olympic Games. That same year, she designed the official suit for the Venezuelan athletes who participated y the London Paralympic Games.

Moschiano Couture was born in the year 2000, with a collection of formal gowns that made a strong impact on the market and was widely applauded by the national fashion scene. Her next venture was her first bridal collection whose outstanding acceptance led to a specialization in that field and to the creation of yearly exquisite collections which have embellished hundreds of brides in Venezuela and abroad.
Her prestige as a designer allowed her to participate as a fashion critic in the 2008 edition of Pasarela Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, the most important fashion event in Spain with undeniable influence in Europe and the world. Maria Moschiano has created designs for television, press and international beauty pageants, also for renowned international modeling and theater talents. Some of those who have worn her outfits are: Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza, María Teresa Chacín, recently awarded with a Latin Grammy, María Rivas, Sheina Chang, Ruddy Rodríguez, Marjorie de Sousa, Ana Karina Manco, María Laura García, Patricia Fuenmayor, Alejandra Oraa, Federica Guzmán, Gladys Rodríguez, Alejandra Benítez París, Shía Bertoni, Annae Torrealba, Kerly Ruiz, Ligia Petit, Hannelly Quintero, among others.
The designer ventures into the wonderful world of radio with the short program "Fashion Sounds", Monday to Friday, twice a day, on TNO Radio, a talk show where she will provide men and women tools for good style, with trends, advice, tips on how to be elegant and in harmony with any occasion. She has participated in many fashion shows, she is an embassador for "Fundación Uno Bebé" -a charity that helps premature newborns- and also collaborates with Unicef. In addition, she participates in several foundations such as "Aldeas Infantiles", "Niños con VIH" and Acope Foundation from Costa Rica.
Swarovski, the famous house of crystals, recently became a sponsor for Moschiano Couture. "These 15 years have been very significative for our firm, I am grateful to my staff and, above all, to my customers for trusting us. We will continue making high quality fashion, by hand, made in Venezuela" the designer emphasized.
